If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit. Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Free return shipping is available for all eligible returns and exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@shopoakandivory.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Oak & Ivory reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
